Zodiac Aerospace

Zodiac set out to master the elements in 1896, as an aeronautical firm developing airships and airplanes. Then, in the 1930s, they invented the concept of the inflatable boat, whose commercial success after World War II established the Zodiac brand image.

Their growth strategy since the late 1970s has enhanced Zodiac's recognition, shaping us into a diversified corporation with a worldwide presence and a blue-chip stock.

Refocused on aerospace after the divestment of its Marine segment, Zodiac Aerospace pursues a strategy powerfully growth-oriented-toward world growth in high-tech sectors to satisfy a demanding customer base; growth in expanding, high-margin markets to secure our long-term future; growth in niches where Zodiac can hold leadership positions; steady growth in earnings per share to ensure shareholder satisfaction and loyalty.
