Alitalia Cargo
On January, 13th 2009 a new airline was born from the union of Alitalia and Air One, operating both in the passenger and in the cargo business. The new airline maintains the strong values and the best traditions of Italian aviation, making use of consolidated entrepreneurial and managerial energies, a renewed fleet and an extensive network of connections in order to guarantee functional and efficient transportation throughout the territory.The integration of the two Italian airlines is a new beginning for Alitalia. For North America, New York Jfk, Boston, Chicago, Miami, Newark and Toronto from Rome Fiumicino; New York Jfk also from Milan Malpensa.
For South America, San Paolo, Buenos Aires and Caracas from Rome Fiumicino; San Paolo also from Milan Malpensa.
For Africa, Accra and Lagos from Rome Fiumicino.
For Far East, Osaka and Tokyo from Rome Fiumicino; Tokyo also from Milan Malpensa.
* 36 international destinations, served by more than 700 weekly frequencies, among Europe, North Africa and Middle East.
Furthermore, 3 weekly frequencies to Seoul are operative thanks to the agreement with Korean Air.
Alitalia is a member of SkyTeam Cargo, an alliance set up in 2000 to provide quality and efficiency, with a vast network.
