Aeroconseil Groupe
Aeroconseil Groupe is an aeronautical services company, currently expanding its activities around two centres of excellence, Aeronautical & Systems Engineering and Services to Air Transport. In France, Aeroconseil is thus organised into two divisions : Aircraft Engineering and Air Transport Services.
Internationally, the Groupe is represented by its international divisions, Aeroconseil Deutschland GmBH in Hamburg (established in 2002), Aeroconseil Ibérica in Madrid (established in 2005), AWAC SA and Pacific Air Services (acquired in 2003) in Papeete (Tahiti) and Aeroconseil Asia Ltd (established in 2001), based in Hong Kong.
More recently (2006) the Groupe entered into a joint venture with CAVOK, located in Keller, Texas, thus creating another international division, Aeroconseil North America.
It also has a division in South America: Aeroconseil South America in San Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
