CG Tec GmbH, Carbon- & Glasfasertechnik

CG TEC GmbH was founded in 1996 by Dieter Kipf, Klaus Zeh, Andrea Kipf and Oliver Kipf.

The main production lines of CG TEC are round profiles made of carbon and fiber glass. These products are used where light weight, high breaking resistance, corrosion resistance and long-life cycles are demanded.

At any places where round metal profiles are used these days, you can use carbon and fiber glass in the future.

CG TEC has the capacity to manufacture tech parts, limited-lot production and also large scale production at its plant in Spalt.

Their products are used as antennas for cars, as mounts for aircraft, as fitness beams, as grapplers for robots and for automated handling systems.

The new fabrication plant is fully up since 2006. Running in two shifts allows us to meet our high volume of orders. They were able to increase their productivity mainly by the high motivation of their employees and new improved fabrication processes.

Their development division is continuously improving the operating cycles, comes up with new innovative products and reacts directly to customer needs.
