Ever since its foundation in 1905, Leistritz has been producing blades and other components for turbines and compressors in aircraft engines and stationary gas and steam turbines.
Using very specific manufacturing technologies, the necessary preconditions are at hand for the implementation of highly complex aerodynamic layouts. Thus, highest demands in terms of mechanical production are met and result in components, which are ready to be installed.
Modern flow technology requires precise, individually designed blades. LEISTRITZ complements classical methods such as precision forging, cold- and hot-roll milling, CNC milling and grinding by the electro-chemical production process (ECM and EDM). Therefore all customised quality requirements can be implemented and documented.
