EU-Latin America civil aviation summit , SESAR

The SESAR Joint Undertaking and some of its members will participate in the first EU-Latin America Civil Aviation Summit on 24-26 May 2010 in Rio de JaneiroThe European Commission, the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil (ANAC) and the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC) are jointly organising this summit as a high-level event for taking important new steps in EU-Latin American aviation relations. Topics to be discussed are amongst others air traffic management and new technologies, developments and trends in the airline industry, safety and security, as well as airport infrastructure & airport policy.
Additionally, the SJU is planning to organise a dedicated technical workshop on the SESAR programme.
