俄罗斯外经贸银行（VEB）

以俄罗斯外经贸银行为基础并延用其名称，创建于2007年。

该银行是一个国有公司，制定经济优先产业投资计划及支持国外投资与进出口政策。公司授权资本为1800亿卢布。

银行主要的优先权在于无原料科学工业的开发、鼓励革新、高技术产品出口、特殊经济区域项目及支持中小型企业的发展。
