The FOREST-LINÉ Group was initiated in 1982, after the merger of FOREST in Capdenac (southern France) and LINÉ in Albert (northern France). Then in 2002, by creating the company LINÉ-Machines to take over Henri Liné Machine Outil, the new managers emphasize their will to carry on the development of FOREST-LINÉ Group. Through the last ten years, they reached a main position among the world market of large dimensional, high precision and heavy duty powerful machine-tools.

This position derives from a strategic will of satisfying the clients and innovating. With a permanent task force of 300 persons - of which 80 engineers - FOREST-LINÉ achieve a 50 millions € turnover, of which 40% in Europe, 50% in Asia and 10% in the rest of the world.

Thus does the FOREST-LINÉ INDUSTRIES group strengthen its potential and offer its worldwide customers quality machines and services.

Vocation: Design, manufacture, installation of large dimensional production systems for the industry.

Activity: Designing and marketing large dimensional, highly accurate and powerful machine tools in the following world markets: Aeronautics & Space, Car industry, Equipment and Rail industry.

Products: large machine tools for complex part machining (hard metals and soft materials with HSC), tape laying and tow placement (fibre-resin composites).
