航空公司庆祝唐克斯特迎来的第 100,000名旅客, AOA集团

A lucky couple received a surprise this week when the budget airline Flybe named them its 100,000th passenger from Robin Hood Airport near Doncaster.

Elaine and Jeff Coupe from Worksop were checking in when staff presented them with the news and a bottle of wine to mark the occasion.

Mrs Coupe said: "We were thrilled to be the 100,000 passenger flying on this airline from Doncaster. What a lovely surprise."
Jodi Stow, marketing and communications manager for the airport, said that the occasion marked a major milestone for the airport and Flybe, which carried more than a quarter of all UK domestic passengers in April.

Flybe recently became the largest airline at Cardiff Airport with more of its flights departing and arriving at the destination than any other airline.

It only began using the facility in 2007 and has now established itself as a dominant force at the Welsh airport.
